School and Daycare
The municipal daycares opened on Tuesday April 21. Opening hours is from 08:00 to 15:30.
We place great importance on infection control when we re-open kindergartens. Research shows that children are rarely gravely ill from the coronavirus and that they spread the infection only to a small degree.

1st - 4th grades at the schools opened on Monday 27 April. 10th grade will open Monday May 11. 5th - 9th grade will open the following day, May 12.

The health services in Lørenskog municipality will gradually re-open from Monday April 20. The services will be limited initially to shield staff and users from infection. Users of the services are informed directly of when and how the services re-open. You can contact the service directly if you have any questions.
Municipal outdoor areas (schools, kindergartens, playgrounds in residential neighborhoods) re-opened on Monday April 20. After school/daycare hours, the areas will be open to residents.
The municipality's activity parks (Mailand activity park, Sørlihavna activity park, the skate park, Friplassen and Mylderparken) re-opened on Monday April 20.
Artificial turf fields (11 fields): The clubs started activities organized by volunteers from April 20, supervised by one adult per group from the club, on their respective football fields.
For all outdoor areas these rules apply:
Stay home if you're sick
Maximum of 5 people can be gathered
Keep 2 meters from others
Young children should be accompanied by an adult
Personal equipment should not be shared
Indoor sport facilities such as gymnasiums, swimming pools and multi-use arenas will remain closed.
